WWS-punten are points under the Dutch woningwaarderingsstelsel (housing valuation system) used to determine the maximum rent for regulated homes.

More points generally mean a higher maximum rent for regulated (social) housing. Computing exact points requires property details beyond a simple text screen. RentScan NL does not perform a formal WWS calculation.
