WWS-punten are points under the Dutch woningwaarderingsstelsel (housing valuation system) used to determine the maximum rent for regulated homes.
WWS bands (from 1 Jan 2026): social ≤143 pts / max EUR 932.93; mid 144–186 pts / max EUR 1,228.07; liberalised 187+ pts, uncapped. These thresholds may change — the cabinet has proposed mid-market adjustments. RentalContractCheck does not perform a formal WWS calculation.
