Privacy
We designed RentalContractCheck to keep your contract text private. Our commitments:
- Your contract text is processed only to generate the report.
- Document quotes are deleted within 24 hours. Unpaid results expire after 24 hours; unlocked reports keep structured findings (not the original document) for up to 90 days.
- It is never used for training.
- It is never shared except with the AI processing provider.
Details
When you submit a document, its text is sent to our AI processing provider solely to generate your report. Unpaid reports (and any quoted excerpts we extracted) are deleted within 24 hours. If you unlock a report, we keep the structured findings — titles, explanations, and next steps — for up to 90 days so you can reopen your purchase; document quotes are still cleared after 24 hours. We do not sell your data and we do not use your contract text to train models.
If you ask us to email a link to your report, we store that email address on the same report record (24 hours for unpaid scans; up to 90 days if you unlock). Optional marketing consent is also recorded on that record only — we do not currently keep a separate mailing list beyond the report lifetime. Report findings are never shared with third parties.
Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
