What the service does
RentScan NL provides an automated, informational review of rental contracts, listings, and landlord messages. It highlights possible scam signals, unusual or potentially illegal clauses, an indicative rent screen, registration (BRP) considerations, and possible illegal fees. Results are generated by automated systems and may be incomplete or incorrect.
Indicative rent screen
Any rent assessment is an indicative screen only and is not a WWS points calculation. A formal assessment can be requested via the Huurcommissie.
Payment
The scam-risk teaser is free. The full report is a one-time purchase (€8.99 + VAT) processed by Stripe. Because analysis is performed before payment, you can review the teaser before deciding to pay.
No warranty; limitation of liability
