What the service does
RentalContractCheck provides an automated, informational review of rental contracts, listings, and landlord messages. It highlights possible scam signals, unusual or potentially illegal clauses, an indicative rent screen, registration (BRP) considerations, and possible illegal fees. Results are generated by automated systems and may be incomplete or incorrect.
Indicative rent screen
Any rent assessment is an indicative screen only and is not a WWS points calculation. A formal assessment can be requested via the Huurcommissie.
Payment
The scam-risk teaser is free. The full report is a one-time purchase (€8.99) processed by Stripe. Prices are what you pay: they include 21% Dutch VAT, and nothing is added at checkout. Because analysis is performed before payment, you can review the teaser before deciding to pay. The checkout page and your statement show our payment account name, LexForge.
Money-back promise
If the full report or the negotiation pack was not useful to you, email contact@lexforge.ee within 14 days of your purchase, with the report link or the email address you paid with, and we refund the full amount to the original payment method. You do not have to give a reason. This promise comes on top of, and does not limit, any right of withdrawal you have under consumer law.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentalContractCheck and SyncLex OÜ are not liable for any decisions made based on the report. Always verify important matters with a qualified professional.
